Refund policy

Returns: The sauna may only be returned if the packaging remains unopened and in its original condition. A $1,000 restocking fee will apply. Once the sauna has been returned to and inspected by Solace, a refund will be issued less the applicable restocking fee.

Order Cancellations: Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Bank fees associated with the refund to be covered by customer.
