Shipping

Shipping is organised directly by Solace. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information can be provided upon request.

Installation Process

Following purchase, clients may choose to have their sauna professionally installed by a Solace technician for an additional fee.

Once full payment has been received, your sauna delivery will be scheduled with our partnered transport provider and a confirmed delivery date will be arranged.

If Solace installation has been selected, our installation team will attend approximately 1–2 days following delivery to complete the sauna installation.

Delivery

Delivery costs are included in the purchase price for most metropolitan areas across Australia.

An additional $500 delivery surcharge applies to:

• Regional locations

• Western Australia (WA)

• Northern Territory (NT)

Stock Availability

Solace maintains consistent stock availability across our sauna range to ensure prompt delivery and a seamless purchasing experience. In the event of any temporary stock delays, clients will be personally contacted by our team with updated timelines and available options.
